Our view of the recent storm- the giant one we had
last week. It came all the way from Japan, traveled
miles and miles and miles across the Ocean, and poured
its fury on our California coast.

Chicken Paprikash cooking in the pan. This recipe
is so easy....I cut up some onion and garlic, sauteed them
in coconut oil (that is the oil I'm using now but you could
do it in olive), cut up chunks of chicken (actually this is
turkey!) and sautee, throw in the red bellpeppers (2) with
LOTS of paprika, a bay leaf, some water and simmer for
about 45 minutes.

While the turkey was simmering, I boiled the home-made
noodles (just flour, 1 egg, salt and a little water)- they are
sooooo tasty!!
